Automatically discovers and extracts role details, requirements, and deadlines across platforms- Matches the agency’s existing actor database against open roles using AI and profile data

Once the best-fit candidates are identified, the system proposes them for auditions and removes manual coordination:
- Proposes top-matched actors and auto-registers them for auditions
- Submits required data to external platforms
- Reduces staff involvement to final approval only
Admin & Control Layer
To ensure transparency and control, we implemented a streamlined admin panel.
This shifted the workflow from manual and reactive to automated and proactive:

- Ability to approve, adjust, or override matches
- Monitoring of synchronization with external systems
